Quality controls of production processes and of the characteristics of both incoming raw materials and final outgoing products are carried out with a set of tests designed to define and maintain the high quality standards typical of Capp Plast products. Self-implemented controls are conducted by workers assigned to the production lines with direct recording of results in the corporate IT system. Periodical checks and audits conducted by quality control and the clientele are envisaged to ascertain final product compliance. In line corrective actions are carried out if the final product is not compliant, and restored compliance is recorded. Laboratory tests are run during all work shifts on product samples taken by testing personnel to ensure compliance during the production process.
