Another basic feature of the Capp Plast Group’s concern for the environment is the management of industrial waste: all our production activities generate hardly any waste or discards because they are either immediately recycled during the production process, or all debris from various processing operations is later regenerated and reutilised. All blowing units are fitted with machines that grind and regrind the sprue and discards to immediately restore them to the production process that generated them. Three grinding and regrinding units ensure recovery of the Film Department, Injection Department, Silkscreen Department and Bottles Department’s scrap and discard recovery. Moreover the Group also offers, directly to its clients, a collection and recycling service for all their polyethylene discards.
